Mengtao Joins Steward in November 2022 as a JWST Arizona/Steward Postdoc in Early galaxies and Reionization (JASPER) scholar working with Dan Stark. As a JASPER scholar, he is using JWST spectroscopy and imaging data to investigate the physical properties of galaxies at redshifts z > 6 and their role in the cosmic reionization. Mengtao received his PhD in 2020 from the University of Arizona.
