The Steward Observatory and Department of Astronomy Values Committee (SODA-VC) is comprised of representatives from the student, staff, postdoc, and faculty communities. The committee is charged with overseeing efforts to ensure that Steward Observatory and the Department of Astronomy promote work and learning environments that:
1) Are welcoming and sensitive to each person’s unique needs
2) Enable everyone to achieve their highest possible goals
